Safety tips
Meet in a public place, in the daytime if you can, and check the item before you confirm. These notes are habits, not a promise that nothing can go wrong.
Before you meet
- Match the model, storage, and serial to the listing.
- For a phone, check that Find My or the equivalent lock is off, and that you can see the IMEI.
- Tell someone where you are going.
Public spots the app offers
These are malls and metro stops already in the product. Picking one does not promise the meetup will be safe.
- Forum Mall, Koramangala — Food court, upper ground
- Phoenix Marketcity — Central atrium
- UB City — Main lobby
- Indiranagar Metro — Gate 2
- Jayanagar 4th Block — Metro exit B
- Mantri Square — Information desk
Meetup rules
- Chat stays in the app. Phone numbers and handles are blocked.
- Both of you confirm a public Bangalore spot and a time. One free reschedule.
- Tap I'm here on the day.
- Check the item, then enter their code. This confirms you've received it.
At the handover
- Use the in-app check-in and the 4-digit code. Do not share your code in a chat before you are there.
- Look at the item before you confirm receipt.
- If something is wrong, open a dispute instead of confirming.
