How a swap works

1. Chat stays in the app. Your number stays hidden.
2. Both IDs are approved before a meetup locks.
3. Meet at a public spot.
4. Look the item over yourself.
5. Swap the 4-digit codes.
6. Both tap Confirm receipt. That's when the swap is done.
7. Something off? Raise it within 48 hours. That's the window in the Terms for fraud, counterfeits, stolen items, or a defect that was kept quiet.
